Inquiry form: your name, email, and the details you choose to share (such as phone, company, location, links and message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Newsletter: your email address, optional first name, the page where you signed up, the date and time of consent, the consent wording you agreed to, and your subscription status. A one-way hash of your IP address is stored to prevent abuse.

Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, device and approximate location). No analytics load unless you accept. We do not send names, emails or form contents to Google.

Newsletter and analytics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Inquiry handling relies on our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

We may ask you to confirm your subscription by email (double opt-in). Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email connect@uprightcity.com. Unsubscribing stops further newsletter emails immediately.

We use trusted processors to run the site: our hosting and database provider, Resend (email delivery) and Google (analytics, only with consent). They process data on our instructions. Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States; where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Newsletter records are kept while you are subscribed; after unsubscribing we retain a minimal record to honour your choice. You may ask us to delete this data.

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and US states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
